Downloading the App 

First, you will need to go onto your mobile device’s app store. Search for an app called “Canon PRINT Business” and download it.

Once downloaded, you will have to agree to use bluetooth upon opening the app. It is important you agree to use bluetooth or else you will not be able to print from your mobile device. Make sure you select “Do not allow” notifications on the app.

After these questions, it will ask you to agree to the terms and conditions of the app. To use the app you will need to agree upon this.

Getting Started on the App 

After agreeing to the terms and conditions you can add your printer onto your mobile device. To start, select “Printer” at the top left corner. From here, go to manual search and type in your printers IP address.

It is important to have your printers IP address so you are certain you are connecting to the correct machine. Once you find your printer, select add so the printer is on your mobile device.

Selecting Materials to Print 

To print documents from your mobile device, go to “Documents” and select “Print From Web”. 

In “Print From Web” you can search anything on the web. Type whatever you would like into the browser and it will come up. 

To print the image you select, click on “Preview” at the bottom of the screen. In preview select “Document”. From here, you can change a number of settings from output method to selecting the color. 

Printing Documents 

Once you are done previewing and adjusting the settings, you can click “Print” at the bottom of the preview window. Your document should print from the printer you added to your mobile device. 

You can print from the web as well as local cloud storages. Either will be compatiable with the app.
