Two Ways to Purchase a Printer
You can purchase a printer through one of two ways: Local Dealer or Online Seller.
Local Dealer vs. Online Seller
We at Duplicating Systems will guide you with choosing the right copier for you. The main benefit with choosing to go with a local dealer is that the maintenance required for the machine will be done beforehand. For example, any supplementary parts that need to be installed will be done so by our technicians.
We also connect the copier to the internet, connect the finisher to the copier, and place the toner cartridges in. Next, we update the machine and make sure that the settings are good to go.
As far as delivery goes, we handle the whole process which includes loading/unloading and moving it into the building. If you are getting an upgrade, we will remove the old copier, and replace it with the new one. Lastly, we will set up the printer, and connect it to the network and install print drivers for all the computers that need to print. We will also transfer any information that you would like to transfer from your old copier to your new copier. Our Account Managers will also customize the copier panel to whatever your needs are, and then teach the staff how to use the new copier.
Service Agreements
If you’re a customer that has a service agreement with us, then whenever you need maintenance or more toner, we are able to supply you with it. We are also able to remote in to assist you with any issues.
