Things to remember:
-
If you can’t find your printer’s model number, it will be on the outside of your computer or you can print out a configuration card that will list it on the top right corner.
-
If you don’t know your operating system, go to the top left corner, click the apple, and click on “About This Mac,” and it should have the operating system listed.
-
If you are going through the list of printers, and you don’t see yours, it could be because you don’t have Bonjour or you may need to restart your computer, and the printer might pop up.
-
If you don’t know your printer’s IP address, we have a video showing you how to find out the IP address for your Savin printer or if you have already printed out your configuration page, it should be listed there, as well.
-
If you are looking for a Savin driver but they only have Ricoh versions, it’s fine to use the Ricoh driver for your Savin printer.
-
If you don’t know what options your printer has, we have made a video on how to print to your configuration page. On the front page of the configuration page, it should list what options you have for your printer.
